Processing Time
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of your order being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
International Shipping
Shipping to the United States
We ship to the US with two options so you can choose what works best for you:
- Standard Shipping — $40 AUD | Estimated delivery 5-9 business days
- Express Shipping — $60 AUD | Estimated delivery 3-6 business days
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have any questions.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't quite right, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to make it right.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and in their original condition
- Returned in their original packaging
Please note that due to the nature of our products, personalised or final sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at relicsandrunes@outlook.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
